Getac Reports Second Quarter 2016 Results

Taipei, Taiwan, 10^th, August, 2016—Getac Technology Corporation (TSE:3005), a global leading rugged computing solution and mechanical solution provider, today announced its audited financial results for the second quarter ended in June 30th 2016.

Q2’16 Key Figures:

Consolidated Revenue was NT$4,723 million, up 9.61% QoQ.
Net income after tax attributable to the parent company was NT$354 million, up 29.67 % YoY.
Earning per share (EPS) was NT$0.63.

Cumulative Q2’16 (January through June) Key Figures:

Consolidated Revenue was NT$9,032 million, up 4.78% YoY
Operating Income was NT$892 million, up 51.96% YoY.
Net income after tax attributable to the parent company was NT$656 million.
Earning per share (EPS) was NT$1.16
